Building Permit fees must be paid prior to any construction at Goshen City Hall, 124 Church St., during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or after hours in our drop box, located next to the front door of City Hall. Please allow at least one business day for Building Permits to be processed. Also, Building Permits may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
